In Nikolaev, near the Technocontract business center, located on Central Avenue, there was an attempt on the life of businessman Mikhail Titov, who is known in criminal circles by the nickname “Multik”

A 7,62 caliber bullet hit Mikhail Titov in the neck, near the ear, ricocheted off the spine and crushed part of the lower jaw. The injury resulted in severe blood loss and spinal cord damage. Presumably they fired from a carbine. The shooter fled the scene.
“The damage could have been much more serious, but due to the ricochet it did not happen. It is believed that otherwise there would have been damage to the esophagus, trachea and bronchi,” the report says.
The publication emphasized that the victim was immediately taken to the emergency hospital, where he was urgently operated on. He was taken to the hospital in a state of hemorrhagic shock with a blood pressure of 80. Doctors managed to stabilize his condition. The main danger for the victim at the present time is very large blood loss - as a result of the injury, Mikhail Titov lost more than two liters of blood.
At the moment, investigative actions are ongoing at the scene, and a large number of people are present - police in uniform and in civilian clothes. Some law enforcement officers are armed with machine guns. Investigators are interviewing security guards and business center employees who may have witnessed the incident.
Based on this fact, the police began criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Art. 15, part 1 art. 115 (“Attempted premeditated murder”) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a term of seven to fifteen years.
