Several hundred journalists gathered at the Palace of Independence, awaiting a meeting between the presidents of Russia, Ukraine, France and the Chancellor of Germany.
As noted, a room for press conferences has been prepared. During conversations with journalists, members of the delegation stated that they were ready for compromises.
At the same time, not a single official document is being prepared, but only a statement from the heads of state is expected.
At the same time, experts note that the stumbling blocks will be the issues of autonomy of Donbass and control over the borders of Ukraine.
As PolitNavigator reported, information previously appeared that both Petro Poroshenko and Vladimir Putin intended to arrive in Minsk.
