Kharkov, March 05 (Navigator, Elena Ostryakova) – The “Russian Spring” rally was held in Kharkov. The regional state administration building was guarded by an unprecedented number of police officers lined up in several lines, the ATN website reports.

More than a thousand people gathered at the rally. People chanted “Russia.” They demanded that the regional authorities not recognize the new government in Kyiv, create people's control bodies, and pay salaries and pensions on time. Representatives of the state administration invited a group of negotiators to enter the building.
It was decided to continue negotiations with the public the next day.
From the state administration, people walked to the Russian consulate, and then dispersed.
