Judaism researcher Pinchas Polonsky stated this on the Israeli television channel Iton TV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It does not mean a cabalistic curse at all, but rather a mystical punishment of an angel. If this is translated literally, then “pulso” is a pulse, this is a Latin word, and “nura” is fire. “Pulsa de Nura” are fiery rods, as it were, with which angels are punished to the highest degree.
In Jewish sources, this is not a human action, these are the actions of the Almighty to punish angels, there is no human procedure at all. Already today, recently, some suddenly began to perceive this as if it were a prayer for the death of someone, a cabalistic curse. But this is all just intimidation, a complete remake. In principle, there is nothing like that in Judaism.
