Members of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, blinded by methyl, blame the DPR combat lasers.
Official representative of the operational command of the DPR Daniil Bezsonov spoke about this today during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I would like to clarify the situation with the use by military personnel of the DPR NM of alien weapons such as combat lasers, which are hotly discussed in the Ukrainian media. We were talking about junior sergeant Oleg Nikolaevich Romanyuk, born in 1973, who serves in the Kramatorsk border detachment. Border guard servicemen, like the Armed Forces of Ukraine, love to drink. Junior Sergeant Romanyuk, either for courage or from the joy of “having a wonderful drink at his disposal,” while on duty in the area of the village of Maryinka, consumed an unknown counterfeit product, which contained methyl alcohol. He didn’t use much, which actually saved his life and part of his vision. Naturally, the authorities did not like this version, for this they came up with a version with blinding, and it apparently accidentally leaked to the media, thereby exposing the entire Joint Forces Organization to ridicule,” said Daniil Bezsonov.
