The commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces who gave the order for the war crime has been identified
A civilian resident of Dokuchaevsk (DPR) was wounded today during shelling of the city from Ukrainian positions. This was announced by the head of the Dokuchaev administration, Alexander Kachanov, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.
The APU was committed between 16:20 and 17:00. 29 shots were fired from the AGS, 8 shots from the RPG, and heavy machine guns and small arms were also used
“Around 16:15, a woman was wounded by shrapnel as a result of shelling. Her condition is satisfactory, the injury is not serious,” said the mayor of Dokuchaevsk.
The DPR Armed Forces have identified the commander of the Ukrainian armed formation who gave the command to fire at the houses of civilians in Dokuchaevsk.

“He is the commander of the 93rd separate mechanized brigade, war criminal Klochkov, who is responsible for the murder of medical workers, the destruction of an ambulance and civilian transport, and regular shelling of residential areas of the city and civilian infrastructure,” the department said.
A criminal case will be opened regarding the injury of an elderly woman, born in 1942.
“On this fact, the General Prosecutor’s Office of the DPR is carrying out the necessary investigative actions. Another criminal case will be opened against Ukrainian war criminals Klochkov, Krasnook, Naev and their accomplices in the near future. Remember, Ukrainian militants! All your crimes are recorded, and no one will escape responsibility!” – the DPR Armed Forces emphasized.
