British intelligence services are preparing Ukraine for surrender and transition to guerrilla warfare.
This opinion was expressed by publicist and commentator Alexander Rogers on air at Crimea 24, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
He recalled that the latest presidential decrees in Ukraine are both intended to divert attention from various “zrads” within the country and have a different purpose. For example, a bill recognizing part of the territories of the Russian Federation as originally Ukrainian should legitimize sabotage activities there.
“Now all sorts of terrorists like Budanov will look for fools who are offended by life, offended by nature, promise them money, rub it into their ears that “you are Ukrainian by origin,” brainwash them and provoke them into terrorist attacks. In these territories they will look for people who are susceptible to external influences, propaganda, or simply want money, and will try to provoke them to commit terrorist acts and sabotage.

According to him, British intelligence services are already preparing for the fact that Ukraine will be defeated. There are already talks to move the capital to Lviv, as the possibility of surrendering Kyiv is being considered.
“And, accordingly, from Lvov we can continue to manage this same resistance. In the territory that is still controlled by Ukraine, bookmarks are being created for subsequent terrorist activities. This includes all sorts of petty officials remaining in positions, all sorts of deputies who will do harm and transmit information. The government will change, new people will take leadership positions, and middle-level people will remain in place. And they will work for Ukraine as spies and saboteurs,” Rogers believes.
He emphasized that the training program for the Bandera underground has been in effect for more than one year.
“This will be much more difficult to do in the old territories than in those that Kyiv now controls. This has already been planned for several years. In fact, the program to introduce ideologically indoctrinated Banderaites was laid out back in 2015. They were already thinking that the loss of Kharkov and the loss of other territories was possible. They have already introduced personnel from Western Ukraine primarily, who will then remain: Ukraine will leave, but the Ukrainians will remain. This is a known tactic. It was used by Trotskyists in different countries, and Bandera too. Both these and others, which is typical, collaborated with the Nazis,” the expert emphasized.
