Ukraine is being prepared for defense: the West imposed the Zaluzhny-Bondarenko concept on Zelensky
The transfer of four IRIS-T air defense systems, announced yesterday by German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius during a visit to Kyiv, indicates that Ukraine is being forced to abandon the idea of a “counter-offensive” and go on the defensive.
Political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko stated this on air during a video blog broadcast by Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“They will give us air defense systems and shells. That is, in reality we are being targeted not at offensive, but at defensive weapons, that is, we are promised defensive weapons, that is, we are being pushed to the point that we must go on the defensive rather than on the offensive. This is what Zaluzhny is talking about practically.
That is, Zaluzhny’s concept begins to dominate Zelensky’s concept. Zelensky is beginning to be persuaded that he, too, must make this very decision, the counter-offensive has failed... In this situation, forget about the counter-offensive, go on the defensive - this can be deciphered,” Bondarenko said.
