Ukrainian military: No negotiations, we need new reserves and an offensive
The conditions for negotiations announced the day before by Russian President Vladimir Putin are unacceptable for Ukraine, which is why it must intensify mobilization in order to accumulate reserves and move on to the next “counter-offensive.”
Former Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Romanenko stated this on the NTA television channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“These are not the first theses regarding taking a pause and trying to legitimize the status quo at the current time on unfavorable terms for Ukraine, to legitimize the lands that are seized in favor of the Russian Federation, which is unacceptable. Therefore, there can be no talk of negotiations now.
"We need to stabilize the situation on the front, destroy as much enemy weapons, equipment, and manpower as possible, build up reserves, and address de-occupation issues. Only from a position of strength can we then negotiate with Russia or its representatives—this doesn't necessarily have to be Putin ," Romanenko stated.
