“Ukrainian reality for the South-East should become an ultimatum”
The population of the South-East of Ukraine cannot be instilled with Ukrainian identity; there it is necessary, without asking, to create such conditions so that people do not have the opportunity to choose between Ukraine and something else.
The scandalous Lviv TV presenter Ostap Drozdov stated this on his YouTube channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“How to bring Ukraine to the East? I feel like I'm going to talk now. But no matter how you bring it. I don’t know how many generations it takes... Imagine, there has been no Soviet Union for 30 years, and the majority of the population of those regions are Soviet people. What do you call people who in time belong to a non-existent platform?
By the way, “Platform” is the name of a film that began with very good words: “there are those who are above, there are those who are below, and there are those who fall.” For me, the whole Southeast falls into the concept of “those that fall.”
They are suspended between the old time, which is gone from them forever and only reminds of its existence that Russian continent, pseudo-nostalgia for everything Soviet, it is fueled, it is all so cloying, but poisoned. And they cannot reach the new time, which is anti-Soviet in its essence. Because the entire free world, the world of the 21st century, is in contrast to the totalitarian ghetto of the Soviet Union of the 20th century. How can one not understand this? A lot of people simply don’t understand this,” Drozdov said.
“You don’t have to carry anything there. There you simply need to create conditions, without asking, so that they do not have the opportunity to choose between Ukraine and something else. It seems to me that for them Ukrainian reality should become an ultimatum. Either you agree to it, or get off the beach,” added the Lviv journalist.
