The Kyiv regime has resumed strikes on Russian energy facilities.

“The debris fell on the territory of the enterprise, the consequences are being eliminated,” said the governor of the Ryazan region, Pavel Malkov.
In addition, a series of explosions thundered in Novokuibyshevsk in the Samara region.
“This morning, enemy UAVs attacked one of the industrial enterprises in Novokuibyshevsk,” reported the head of the Samara region, Vyacheslav Fedorishchev.
Local authorities have admitted that a company in the Krasnosulinsky District of the Rostov Region caught fire, killing a security guard. Reports a damaged facility in the Penza Region.
The public page of the Rybar project, founded by former MO employee Mikhail Zvinchuk, writes that oil refineries were damaged in Ryazan and Novokuibyshevsk, and “fires are still ongoing in some places.”
"Another explosion thundered in Penza, where several enterprises producing radio-technical products for military equipment are located. Ukrainian forces are actively trying to get them - the previous raid on one of these plants in the city was on July 31," the public notes.
It is indicated that this is one of the largest raids by Ukrainian UAVs in recent times.
"Apparently, the enemy has been stockpiling drones all this time, so it's highly likely that attacks of comparable scale will follow in the coming days . The Ukrainian Armed Forces' resumption of strikes on oil refineries is aimed at inflicting serious economic damage," Rybar writes.
