"The West Reads Dostoevsky, Not Ukrainian Literature" - Ukro-Nazis Undertake to "Correct the Situation"
Ukrainian nationalists will make a propaganda film about the Ukrainian Armed Forces, which will broadcast Bandera narratives to Europe.
Ukrainian Nazi Dmitry Korchinsky, who has been put on the wanted list by Russia, stated this in an interview with nationalist Sergei Ivanov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"We wrote a play called "Platoon Stronghold", the prototype of the main character was Da Vinci (Ukrainian Nazi extremist - ed.), he is our friend. This play was successfully shown in Kyiv theaters, and now we want to make a film adaptation for the reason that the state does not carry out propaganda well. And the best propaganda is art objects.
And we finally want to make a film, it’s a mystical drama that will be both a good work of art and good propaganda that will influence not only you and me, but also the Western audience,” Korchinsky chattered.
"Western audiences don't understand Ukraine because they don't watch it or read it. They read Dostoevsky, watch Bondarchuk and Eisenstein films, but they watch almost nothing Ukrainian . And even when the West supports us, it doesn't understand us.
This needs to be broken through. We need to establish competition. So, we need to make works of art. And we want to do this, to make this film in the near future. And now we are in a feverish search for money,” the Nazi added.
