Kyiv, September 16 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Ukraine will be divided into three parts if the Verkhovna Rada supports Petro Poroshenko’s bill, which proposes to grant Donbass special rights for three years - the election of its own authorities, to which judges and security officials will be subordinate.
Political scientist Alexey Golobutsukiy stated this on air on the ICTV channel.

“If we start negotiating and talking about the special status of units that are captured by terrorists with the help of the Russian army, then tomorrow... Our state is divided into three parts. The first is that Ukraine is still within such borders. Then occupied Crimea. And tomorrow a territory with a special status may appear. This enables Russia to continue this strategy. Maybe another fourth territory will appear, which will also have some kind of special status,” the political scientist said.
He advises the authorities to “just honestly come out and say: for the sake of preserving the ephemeral integrity of Ukraine, we are entering into an agreement with Russia and terrorists.”
“To say that Ukraine remains the same as it was is simply a lie,” says Golobutsky.
