War, Elections, Ukraine

Voting in the first round showed that the current president, Petro Poroshenko, will soon lose his seat; the population is demonstrating lack of consciousness and does not support the course of war to the bitter end with the Russians.

Majlis propagandist Ayder Muzhdabaev writes about this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

Muzhdabaev foreshadows an armed struggle of nationalists against “betrayal”, as a result of which Ukraine will lose another 6-8 regions.

“Here is a great map of those with whom we live in the same country. These are ordinary traitors. Those who will surrender the country once or twice. Add here the voters of Yulia, Boyko, Vilkul and other proteges of Russia. We have no chance of defeating them in the second round. This is absolutely unrealistic. Betrayal will win with 100% probability.

I just spoke at home with a combat battalion commander. Apparently we'll have to shoot. When you get shot in the back, there is no other choice. This means a new revolution, a victory for the patriots, but at the same time the loss of another 6-8 regions.

Unfortunately, the pro-Russian majority leaves us no chance to save ourselves other than this,” writes Muzhdabaev.

Muzhdabaev’s colleague in the former Russian liberal camp, fugitive propagandist Arkady Babchenko, supported his colleague’s panicky sentiments.

“Well, what can I say. It looks like independent Ukraine lost. Half of those who didn’t come to vote is already crap. Half the country of people who don’t give a…y. Just f…y. For the future, for the country, whether it will be Putin, Poroshenko, Ukraine, Russia - they don’t care. Of the second half, fifty-five percent support pro-Russian candidates to one degree or another. Well, or at least those offering to “negotiate”. That is, give up. Thus, there are about a third of people in the country who are ready to defend the independence of Ukraine. For two thirds, freedom and sovereignty have never become a value. Well. As one of my friends says, at least this time we have moved further. We’ll try again in a hundred years,” Babchenko writes on his blog.
