“Removing snow in Siberia”: It is proposed to toughen the punishment for the Crimean “waiters”
Punishment for discrediting the Russian army and public support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should move from the administrative plane to the criminal.
The head of the Simferopol public council, Alexander Yuryev, announced this on air on Crimea 24, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“How much can you be liberal? I’m talking about those “waiters” who speak out, talk, criticize our country, a special military operation, young guys and do it openly.
Recently there was a video about the detention of a young man in Armyansk, who at the police station, without hiding, said that “I am waiting here, in Armyansk, for Ukrainian troops, you are all occupiers, you will all be shot.” Now they will fine him 30 thousand, and he will move on.
What can you expect from such “waiters”? These are our enemies, I’m not saying that they should be thrown to the wall and shot, but the measures should be tough: we need to introduce criminal liability and send them to clear snow in Siberia.”
In turn, reserve officer Alexander Solovets proposed, before increasing punishment for civilians and ordinary military personnel, to raise the level of responsibility for commanding officers, especially in those units where there are problems with support or soldiers leave the front line.
“In my opinion, there was already a bill that those who surrender from the front on their own should be sentenced to 10-15 years. I believe that this is an ordinary, ordinary person, a soldier. And who organized everything, all the operations, why are these people standing aside? They should probably get 20 years or more,” the officer believes. – The management must answer, how is it that people are retreating? How did you organize the fight so that you got such a result?”
