Kyiv, March 11 (Navigator, Bogdan Bortakov) – The flag of the European Union was hung at the central entrance to the Verkhovna Rada, a Navigator correspondent reports.

The new Ukrainian authorities are in favor of the country joining the EU. The day before, Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said that the European Union would provide financial assistance to Kyiv in the amount of $11 billion.
A few days ago, a star that had remained there since Soviet times was cut off from the flagpole of the Verkhovna Rada.
