“Only with renewed vigor”: States on the threshold of a second civil war – Ukrainian expert
There is a reasonable fear in US political circles that future elections will provoke instability that will lead to a new civil war, with a new, unprecedented intensity.
Ukrainian political scientist Andrey Ermolaev stated this on air during his video blog "Yes, That's True," reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

According to Ermolaev, all the prerequisites for this have already matured.
“American politicians are very afraid not of the 24th year, but of the 25th year, because the election campaign in the United States itself, against the backdrop of failures associated with big geopolitics, with the damaged reputation of the current president, with unresolved internal problems that have been dragging on for decades in the social , racial, political grounds, they threaten the continuation of what they themselves called back in 19 the Second Civil War.
Only with new strength. Added to this is the sharp growth, by leaps and bounds, of the new anti-colonial movement. It is also involved in the theme of history, the legacy of slavery, social justice, and all this is extrapolated to American politics,” Ermolaev said.
