Official representative of the People's Militia of the LPR Andrey Marochko stated this at a press conference in Lugansk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the Ukrainian police recently managed to stop one of these cases.
“It was established that on July 14, an anti-aircraft gunner of the 14th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who was on leave for health reasons, was detained by police at the railway station in Sumy with six F-1 and one RGD-5 grenades. In connection with the increasing cases of removal of ammunition and weapons from military units, from July 15 to 17, employees of the military prosecutor's office carried out measures to verify the accounting and storage of ammunition in units and subdivisions in the ATO zone. During the inspection, a number of gross violations were discovered, as a result of which 15 criminal cases were opened,” Marochko said.
