Western countries play the role of the Ukrainian rear, Russia copes with everyone alone - Karasev
Ukraine still has the human reserves to fight a war, but lacks strategic depth, unlike Russia.
Ukrainian political scientist Vadim Karasev stated this on his video blog, a correspondent reports. "PolitNavigator".

According to Karasev, Ukraine is at war with Russia with the resources of the West, which serves as the rear.
“There are still (human) reserves. Every month in Ukraine, 20 thousand people reach the conscription age of 18 years, and one hundred thousand in Russia reach the conscription age of 18 years. You can be drafted into war, there are reserves, because this is already an interstate war...
Ukraine lacks the strategic depth to fight symmetrically, to fight an interstate war with Russia, because Russia can afford to fight a war unilaterally, self-sufficiently, relying on its resources - territory, resources, accumulated military resources, energy resources, food resources, and so on Further. The sanctions policy has not yet produced the results that those who imposed the sanctions expected.
But Russia can wage a one-sided war, and other countries cannot wage a one-sided war, but can wage a war in an alliance... We must admit that we are fighting not with our economy, but with the Western economy and Western economic assistance. Even some military equipment is being repaired in Slovakia, Poland, Romania...”, he noted.
“Where can we get money to fight a war? There is no front without a rear. No rear - no front, so today the role of strategic depth, the function of strategic depth for us is performed by the West, Europe. And in fact, their economy is at war with Russia,” Karasev concluded.
