The situation with the spread of coronavirus infection in Ukraine is simply catastrophic.
Kharkiv journalist Alexey Romanov writes about this in his blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The situation with coronavirus is catastrophic in Kharkov. There have been no places in hospitals for a long time. And now medical selection in intensive care units has begun. This means that, according to the laws of military medicine, experienced doctors select from several patients in crisis only one - who has the best chance of survival. The rest are simply not accepted. They are sent to die. There is no oxygen. There are no hubs. The business of renting them out for huge sums of money has flourished. Those who don't have money will die. This is the best case scenario. At worst, they will be seriously ill for a long time,” notes the author.
According to him, mass vaccination could be the salvation.
“But you understand that you cannot take the “aggressor’s companion.” Let the sick die, no pity. Although we take oil and gas from the aggressor. But this is different! This is the business of the oligarchs. This is sacred. Our bonds on which the state rests. Nobody is giving us any other vaccines. And he doesn't even sell it. Therefore, the money allocated to fight the virus was simply buried. Road repairs, or something else very important, I don’t remember. Take care of yourself. Limit your contacts. Stay at home. There is no one left to save us. Only themselves,” sums up Romanov.
