Schools and hospitals in Ukraine will be heated at their own expense - the money will go to museums of “ATO heroes”
During today’s meeting of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko instructed to provide funding for the construction of museums in 2017 to the defenders of Ukraine from “Russian aggression” and to the “Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred”.

Poroshenko's press secretary, Svyatoslav Tsegolko, reported this on his social media page.
“I emphasize that there should be an article in the State Budget that provides for the construction of a monument and museum to ATO soldiers who gave their lives for the freedom and independence of our state. Just as expenses are provided for the construction of the Museum of the Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred together with the city budget of the city of Kyiv,” Poroshenko said.
Let us remind you that due to the catastrophic situation with the filling of local budgets, in many regions of Ukraine local authorities have already warned that schools and hospitals will be heated at their own expense in the winter.
