The SBU in Kyiv, Chernigov and the South-East did not get in touch, - Nalyvaichenko
Kyiv, February 23 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – In Kyiv and the regions of the South-East, the leadership of the SBU did not answer calls from the new head of the special service, Valentin Nalyvaichenko.
Nalyvaichenko himself announced this course of today’s parliamentary meeting.

“The head of the SBU and his first deputies turned off their phones and left their place of duty without permission. All departments - from Crimea to Donetsk and Chernigov - were left without communication, without leadership, without plans for the protection of nuclear facilities and objects of mass gatherings of our citizens, not to mention kindergartens, schools, the Dnieper Hydroelectric Station and everything else,” said the revolutionary leader.
The SBU in Kyiv, Chernihiv, and the Southeast has not responded to calls, says Nalyvaichenko.
