Moscow, January 24 (PolitNavigator) - “The Relay of Good,” which was started by opera singer Anna Netrebko, who donated 1 rubles to the Donetsk Opera House, continues. This time, Russian businessman Dmitry Eremin donated a million rubles to the needs of Donbass residents. The certificate was handed over at the press center of the Ridus civil journalism agency in Moscow.
The businessman handed the certificate into the hands of the Chairman of the Parliament of Novorossiya Oleg Tsarev in the presence of the co-chairman of the Great Fatherland Party, one of the leaders of the Anti-Maidan movement in Russia Nikolai Starikov.

“A reader of my site, like-minded person Dmitry Eremin, decided to follow the example of Anna Netrebko. This is truly a relay of good,” Starikov emphasized.
Let us note that the entrepreneur initially categorically did not want his charitable contribution to become public knowledge, citing the fact that he is not a public person, and decided to help people suffering from the bombing of the Ukrainian army purely out of sincere motives.
“Any normal person, seeing what is happening in Donbass, empathizes and helps. For me, my decision is natural, and there is no need to look for any reasons. I would have helped the Germans if, God forbid, something happened to them (Eremin’s business is partly connected with Germany - author.) Therefore, there is no need to look for anything other than human feelings!” noted Dmitry Eremin.
But the initiators of the Anna Netrebko Relay still managed to convince the businessman of the need to cover the process of transferring such a sum of money in the media. The motivation is simple: this way Relay Race will find new patrons of the arts.
“In Rus' it is customary to do good without publicity. I am a non-public person, and I didn’t want to do this... But the situation in Novorossiya has now become so tough that it has reached its climax. Therefore, I think the publicity of such things is justified. It promotes unification, and together we are strong,” said Dmitry Eremin and emphasized that he is not afraid of Western sanctions.
Oleg Tsarev thanked the entrepreneur and noted that within a few days the money would be transferred to Novorossia to those most in need of help.
