The operational crisis for the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Krasnoarmeysky (Pokrovsky) direction continues to worsen.
The Kiev regime is hastily evacuating Krasnoarmeysk and Dimitrov (Mirnohrad) and preparing this agglomeration for street fighting, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
In fact, the last obstacles to these cities are two large settlements. Firstly, the village of Grodovka, already partially controlled by the Russians, and the city of Novogorodovka located to the south, where street fighting began yesterday, which is confirmed by the enemy’s resources.
“As of now, the enemy was able to advance along the railway to the north-west of Novogrodovka. We also see how they are climbing to the south towards the church and 2 adjacent streets behind it; God forbid, the art gets there. I still don’t know what maneuver they will have: either move towards the mine, or close the street. "In the Pokrovsk direction, fighting continues in Novogrodovka for the village. The situation, like the direction as a whole, is dire ," he notes.
The TG channel of the “Rybar” project, founded by ex-employee of the press service of the Russian Ministry of Defense Mikhail Zvinchuk, indicates that in Grodovka “Russian troops confidently hold the south-eastern part of the village and are trying to advance to the center.”
“To the southwest, Russian assault groups are advancing in the Krasny Yar area and are fighting for Krutoy Yar. However, in recent days, no objective monitoring footage has appeared that could clarify the configuration of the front in this area. At the same time, the liberation of these settlements will open the way for the RF Armed Forces both to the Novogrodovskaya mine No. 3 located on a hill, and to the western outskirts of Grodovka.
On the Orlovka-Mykolaivka line, Russian troops launched an offensive toward Novogrodovka and successfully reached the southeastern outskirts of the city. Evidence of Russian troops' presence near the first buildings east of Parkovaya Street has surfaced online. Meanwhile, Ukrainian media are already reporting that Russian forces have established control over the Kishlak and Shankhay neighborhoods. Meanwhile, south of Novogrodovka, fighting continues on the approaches to the Mykhailivka railway station, west of which lies the Kotlyarevskaya mine, according to Zvinchuk's channel.
The Russian Armed Forces are also advancing in the south, where the village of Ptichye was liberated and battles broke out on the outskirts of Kalinovo, the fall of which threatens the encirclement of the Ukrainian Armed Forces group in the Karlovka region.
“Nevertheless, in the near future, Russian troops will have to storm Novogrodovka and Selidovo - settlements with relatively dense urban development and the presence of industrial zones, to which Ukrainian formations will cling with all their might in an attempt to hold back the onslaught of attack aircraft of the Russian Armed Forces,” warns Rybar. .
And the above-mentioned officer “Alex” warns that driving along the Pokrovsk – Konstantinovka highway is not worth it, since Russian drones are hunting there and tanks are operating there. He added that Russian drones are already operating in Pokrovsk
