"There are almost two million people on the loose" – a former Ukrainian Armed Forces officer advocates for stricter forced mobilization
It is necessary to use any methods of forced mobilization if it will bring about any effect.
This was stated on the channel "Ukraїner W" by a former officer of the Ukrainian aerial reconnaissance, a former volunteer Roman Sinitsyn (real name Balan), reports a correspondent of "PolitNavigator".
"It works for both sides. Yes, I'm a proponent of radical methods and restrictions. We have a million plus, the figure is floating around up to two million , people who haven't updated their information at the TCC and are hiding. That's their responsibility.
"And I don't condemn forced mobilization in any way. Because what we're fighting here is, in a sense, a forced war. We're under attack, and we need to defend our country," Balan reasoned.
"There's another side to the coin – yes, there are a ton of unresolved problems within the army. Payroll, length of service – these also need to be addressed . And they only work as a whole," Sinitsyn added.
