Kyiv political scientist Andrey Zolotarev spoke about this on his video blog , reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
" The rivalry between Washington and London is over whose mandated territory Ukraine will become de facto . Who will skim the cream off the remnants of Ukraine," said the Ukrainian expert.
