“But Donetsk, Lugansk, Gorlovka and all other cities will have to be razed from the face of the earth. The locals are peaceful there. We call them “our population, our people.” They will never leave there. They won’t be given it,” said the general.
He also named the cities where, according to him, the main forces of the republic units opposing the Armed Forces of Ukraine are located.
“The main forces of Russian troops are located in Donetsk, Lugansk, Gorlovka, Svatovo. Everything is there - in the city center. This is a shield, a human shield,” says the general.
Please note that the regional center of Svatovo, Lugansk region, was under the control of Ukrainian security forces almost from the very beginning of the conflict. The ex-Minister of Defense did not specify how the city, which had been in the rear of the Ukrainian Armed Forces all this time, is now occupied by “Russian troops.”
It is worth noting that as Minister of Defense, Kuzmuk was noted for two high-profile scandals.
