A third of Ukrainian specialists are in European countries, and they are unlikely to want to return even after the war.

This was stated on air by the regional director of Nestle Purina PetCare in Russia, the CIS and Ukraine, Alessandro Zanelli, on the air of the Kyiv Post TV channel, as reported by the PolitNavigator correspondent.

"Let's be honest – we've lost 30% of our workforce. We can only guess at the numbers, but if 10 million Ukrainians, including children, don't return here, that's 30% of our skilled workforce."

"Therefore, we need to retrain people, improve their skills, enhance opportunities, and invest in young people so they can start working as early as possible . "Right after graduation, or even while they're still studying, as early as possible ," Zanelli said.

"We work with our veterans to ensure they return to their former jobs and feel comfortable there. We also hire retirees and encourage them to return. We want them to pass on their experience to the next generation," the Western bourgeois added.
