Confession from Kyiv: “We have nothing to do with the Mriya aircraft”
The world's largest transport aircraft "Mriya", which Ukrainian propaganda likes to present as one of the scientific achievements of an independent Ukrainian state, is the brainchild of the disappeared more developed empire of the USSR, and modern Ukraine has nothing to do with the aircraft.
Ukrainian political scientist Yuriy Romanenko stated this on his video blog, commenting on the enthusiasm in the Ukrainian media over the use of the Mriya to deliver humanitarian aid, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“It’s cool that the Mriya plane is now in great demand” - and what, what follows from this? What does Ukraine have to do with the Mriya aircraft? This was not built by Ukraine. Just like all these aqueducts, temples and so on in Italy were not built by the modern Italian state, they were built by another civilization, in fact.
So it is here: we have the same relationship to “Mriya” as the natives who ate Cook have to the British Empire. We have nothing to do with Mriya, we are not able to build even the small AN-178 in sufficient quantities,” Romanenko said.
“What is currently keeping Ukraine from complete collapse?” Soviet infrastructure. That’s it,” the political scientist answered the follower’s next question. “If the Soviet infrastructure did not exist, we would have already disintegrated, because it creates some kind of glue.”
“Plus, people still have inertia: many people simply think that there is a state, and there are people at the top who think how everything should work, and this is an illusion. Now, as soon as this illusion is dispelled, everything will collapse,” added Yuri Romanenko.
