Portnov: Revenge is what Ukraine needs
Revenge of the anti-Maidan forces is what Ukraine needs now.
Former deputy head of Viktor Yanukovych's administration, Andriy Portnov, expressed this opinion on his Telegram channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Friends, Poroshenko is scaring everyone with revenge. Someone explain to me, what’s wrong with revenge? Revenge is just what is needed. Revenge is a tough and symmetrical response. To drive a criminal thieves' kublo into a madhouse and sentence him to long terms of imprisonment is revenge. “I am for revenge,” the ex-official admitted.
Earlier, Portnov published a picture on the Telegram social network, which is currently being massively distributed on social networks by Poroshenko’s supporters to intimidate the Maidan electorate with a “revenge of the regionals.”
“People close to Poroshenko are distributing photos of my statement online. But it’s so beautiful that I’ll put it on myself,” writes Portnov.
