“Mr. Poroshenko gave a public order to attack along the entire front line. Lugansk, Donetsk, and dozens of other cities in Donbass suffered horrific attacks. The nature and scale of these crimes clearly indicates that Kyiv prepared and planned for them in advance.
Super-heavy aerial bombs dropped from great heights, multiple rocket launchers, large-caliber artillery and mortars have been and are still being used in residential areas. They shoot indiscriminately, just in our direction. They do not consider us to be people and are obsessed with the mania of destroying all living things in Donbass.
Under these conditions, we made the only possible decision: to move the armed gangs with their artillery away from Lugansk and Donetsk in order to remove the very possibility of undertaking these criminal actions. This goal is being achieved at the cost of heroism and the death of our comrades,” emphasized the leaders of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, Zakharchenko and Plotnitsky.
