This was stated by the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

“Ukraine hopes to continue to support the United States in the struggle of Ukrainians against Russian aggression, for freedom and independence, restoration of sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as in assisting in the implementation of large-scale reforms,” Petro Poroshenko said during a meeting with US Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, congratulating Donald Trump with victory.
