Ukrainian troops are suffering losses in the Donbass, but the number one topic in Ukraine is the statements of Viktor Medvedchuk from the SBU regarding ex-President Petro Poroshenko.
Ukrainian political scientist Vasily Vakarov stated this on the Rossiya 1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Now the number one topic inside Ukraine is not the war in Donbass, nor the fact that we are losing, but Medvedchuk gave public testimony to the SBU that Poroshenko is a criminal. Poroshenko organized illegal schemes for the purchase of coal in the Donbass,” Vakarov said.
He emphasized that while people are being bullied, Ukraine is being divided into parts.
“I’m talking about the fact that Ukraine is now busy with a showdown, that Poroshenko is a thief, a corrupt official - at a time when the Poles are cutting themselves a piece, the Hungarians are cutting themselves a piece, the Romanians are also sharpening their teeth, and in the Donbass we are losing the war and continue to lose our lands and our people. Does our leadership have the brains to understand what’s going on?” – the political scientist was indignant.
