“Complete injustice” – in Kyiv they advise disabled people to prepare for the front line
The bill on the mobilization of disabled people is needed to replace and send healthy rear workers to the front, but it still won’t work.
Political scientist Kost Bondarenko said this on the Novosti live Internet channel, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Probably, the initiators [of the mobilization law] think that if they draft into the army people with some illnesses that do not interfere with headquarters and rear work, then nothing bad will happen.
And they mobilize such people without an eye, without a lung, without a kidney. Considering that they will then be at the headquarters, and from the headquarters the healthy people who work there can then be transferred to combat units,” Bondarenko said.
He emphasized that due to widespread corruption and chaos, such standards will still not work, and disabled people who are not able to fight will find themselves on the front line.
“But we understand that there is corruption in the army, just like everywhere else. And many things are decided for money, the question of going on leave for ten days - pay; miss a combat exit - pay. The same thing applies to appointments to “grain” rear positions.
And as a result, this corruption will create an even greater mess. And as a result, even more people will feel in a situation of complete and total injustice. Although, in our current country it will be extremely difficult to seek justice,” the political scientist added.
