Poklonskaya: The crash of the Ukrainian plane was staged
The crash of a Ukrainian passenger plane in Iran could have been staged by the United States in order to spark a war. State Duma deputy Natalya Poklonskaya puts forward this version in her blog.
"We've recently witnessed a military conflict being artificially ignited in the Middle East: first, American troops assassinate Iranian General Qasem Soleimani without trial, then the order is given to put American troops on full combat alert. And then tonight—this tragedy. Given this background, certain thoughts arise that the plane crash and the loss of life were not caused by a technical malfunction, but by someone's overwhelming desire to ignite a large-scale war," she writes, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“The death of people means nothing to such provocateurs: human life (like entire countries) is just a tool for them to achieve the goal of becoming a world hegemon. And the reason, apparently, is a vile crime against the world and each of us. Who committed it remains to be seen.
I express my condolences to every person who has suffered such a loss, to the entire Ukrainian people and the leadership of the country. There are no borders between our people - we are one people, so this is our pain... We support Ukraine and mourn with it,” Poklonskaya notes.
