The Europeans are ready to defend the completion of the Russian Nord Stream 2 gas pipeline, as confirmed by the visit of ex-President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko to the EU.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Kirill Kulikov announced this on the Nash TV channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
Kulikov told how the United States used Poroshenko as its free lobbyist.
“Two and a half years ago, Mr. Trump came to the NATO conference and said: “Okay, weirdos, they quickly stopped Nord Stream 2.” Something happened there - muttering, grumbling, they thought for a day, cried and said: “No, Mr. Trump, we are not going to stop there.” Well, that is, a purely commercial project.
Remember when Poroshenko wandered around Europe and stopped Nord Stream 2? They patted him on the cheek and said: “Peter, well done.” Well, where else can you find a free fool who runs around Europe and lobbies interests that are absolutely not his own, American ones. They wanted to transport liquefied gas, it was interesting,” said Kulikov.
