Panic in Kyiv: “Russia is starting the project “New Russian Spring”
Kyiv, March 03 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – Russia is starting the “New Russian Spring” project, the Ukrainian special services and the Ministry of Information must prepare for a worthy rebuff.
This was stated by ex-deputy head of the SBU Andrei Levus, now a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.

“Separatist social media have begun preparations for a new stage of the “Russian Spring” campaign. The main anti-Ukrainian resource group “AntiMaidan” (500 thousand) announced the active phase of the operation, which will begin in a few weeks. The hashtag #newspring has been declared a key information and coordination landmark. It is already spreading on social networks.
The territory in which the project will operate is Kharkov, Odessa, Zaporozhye, Kherson, Nikolaev. The main goal is to destabilize the situation in Ukraine and the formation of “Novorossiya” throughout the South-East of Ukraine. The initiators of the “new spring” note that they can no longer act openly, so they are using new forms and slogans for the project. We are obviously talking about terrorist attacks and social riots. All this is intended to become a cover for the “little green men”, whose role will be played by DPR/LPR militants originally from the mentioned regions.
Complicating the situation is the massive release of separatists and terrorists in the South-East as a result of the exchange of prisoners. In addition, it is likely that the “new spring” will take place in combination with another aggravation on the eastern front.
The first shoots of the “new spring” are the bloody terrorist attack in Kharkov, the “Porto Franco” campaign in Odessa, provocations – pseudo-protests in Kyiv.
Last year, Russian intelligence services used their agent networks and pro-Russian structures for the “Russian spring.” Social networks played an important role in the project. The hashtag #RussianSpring has become a full-fledged center for conceptual management and information exchange for the separatists.
A year ago, the SBU, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the patriotic public rebuffed the separatists and stopped the Kremlin’s special operation in all regions except Donbass. This year we face new challenges. If we are vigilant and united, we will win!
