The population of Ukraine is afraid of people in the uniform of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and is changing their attitude towards the military.
The commander of the Ukrainian UAV unit, call sign "Alba," announced this on the air of the "Khvylya" video blog, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
“Alba” complained that he sees fear in his eyes and increasingly rarely sees the phrases: “We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.”
“Now there is a certain split in society regarding the military. That is, ordinary civilians are screwed, they don’t want to join the army, they run away from the TCC, they no longer chant at every step: “We believe in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” For them, the person in the “pixel” can also be a potential TCC person.
I also catch frightened glances if I walk in uniform, I catch frightened glances from men in the crowd, because first they look to see if I have a daddy, if I’m walking with some kind of convoy, and I’m also riding a white minivan now , – just “full house”.
These people, I feel, already have a split in society, they still cannot say that “we don’t like the army,” but they shun it,” Alba said.
