Ukraine is moving towards an energy collapse, but at the same time continues to sell its own gas abroad.
According to a PolitNavigator correspondent , this was stated by the leader of the Batkivshchyna faction, Yulia Tymoshenko, during a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada conciliation council.
She said that she has several recommendations for the country’s exit from the impending crisis in the housing and communal services sector.
“The first thing is to immediately stop the export of natural gas from Ukraine. If you don't know, exports continue during the collapse in gas supply. Secondly, immediately remove all intermediaries from Naftogazdobycha and Naftogaz, who continue to buy gas at the Ukrainian price - one hryvnia, as the foreign head of Naftogaz said),” the politician said.
She believes that a state of emergency should be introduced in the energy sector.
