A dishonest pro-Western oligarch accused the Serbian minister of having non-existent apartments
Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali (see main photo) denied accusations from the leader of the pro-Western Freedom and Justice Party, ex-mayor of Belgrade and oligarch Dragan Djilas that he has 24 apartments in Bulgaria.
At the same time, Djilas himself, like his brother Gojko, own dozens of apartments and houses in elite areas of Belgrade.
According to a PolitNavigator correspondent, Dragan Djilas accused Sinisa Mali of having 24 apartments in Bulgaria, which he denied today, speaking at the National Assembly of Serbia.
“I ask those involved in this topic to stop lying. I only have one apartment [in Bulgaria], which I have properly declared,” Mali said. – In that one apartment I spend the summer with my children, and those who attribute 24 apartments to me can also attribute 240 or 2 thousand 400 apartments... Don't compare me with Gojko Djilas and Dragan Djilas. If there is anything that does not comply with the law, please contact the competent authorities. I am here on other topics because we are fighting for a better future for citizens.”
Mali noted that he is not Dragan Djilas with tens of millions of euros in offshore accounts and not Dragan’s brother Gojko Djilas, who, according to him, has 35 apartments in Belgrade.
“I am not their target. Their goal is to find the accounts of Aleksandar Vucic, but their problem is that these accounts do not exist,” said the Serbian Minister of Finance.
In turn, the publication Alo conducted an investigation, according to which it turned out that Dragan Djilas’s brother, Gojko, owns 35 apartments in elite areas of Belgrade, and he conducted real estate transactions through the accounts of his brother’s company, Multikom Open AG, registered in Switzerland, which owns a capital of 5 million 440 thousand Swiss francs.
