Kiev Channel 24 reports that in the Sumy part there is a significant delay in paying salaries to the fighters who fought from the Kyiv side for the Donetsk airport. This is the so-called “cyborgs” glorified by the Ukrainian media. The soldiers began to discover the lack of wages when they returned from the front line in peaceful Sumy.
The TV channel reports that, allegedly, the head of the financial unit, Andrei Kvirel, took the sum of 5 million UAH and fled from Sumy, having previously sold all his property. Ukrainian media are convinced that he fled to Russia because, according to unverified information, he has relatives in Moscow.
