“We are on the verge of missing the red line”: migrants in the Russian Federation are going to live according to Sharia law - Semigin
More than 40% of migrants would like to live not according to Russian laws, but according to Sharia law. They create hierarchical self-government through houses of worship, in which radical Islam and ethnic enclaves are cultivated.
Gennady Semigin, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities, announced this at a press conference in Moscow, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“What is often cultivated there? Discontent, hatred, disregard for our citizens, radical Islam. What has this grown into? Do you remember that 30 or 15 years ago they organized marches and rallies? This is a social challenge, demonstrating that we are not migrants here, but almost the main ones,” said Semigin.
He believes that in Russia it is necessary to create a register of migrant enclaves and study how they are created.
“I am convinced that it is possible to get together like this only through violations to which neither the Ministry of Internal Affairs nor the head of the district responded. If these enclaves begin to form in large volumes, then, as in Europe and America, you will not do anything with them. How will you resettle them? With machine guns?” asked Semigin.
He believes that Russia is “on the verge of missing the red line.”
