“The guys (sushniks - approx.) buy a lot of things with their own money, and in cash. And a lot of guys chipped in from their own wages, and didn’t go out, but bought consumables - cars that last a week, walkie-talkies.

And now, when this money is withdrawn, what is it taken from? They are being deprived of the opportunity to provide for themselves. This is blasphemy. When you return it, it would seem like a good solution, but... they block it.

But now there’s some kind of confusion. But the IMF prohibited, like “if you want money, look for where to get it.” Where can I get them? From officials? How much will you save on them? But you will destroy the control apparatus. The magic of simple solutions does not work here,” the political scientist noted.

He emphasized that Kyiv has nowhere to get funds, and thus the West can completely control impoverished Kiev.

“Where else can I get money? Let's squeeze some taxes out of the people, but where else can we go? Let's milk the private entrepreneur some more, wretched business.

This could be taken from international aid, but the West is acting Jesuitically. Because if there are two droppers, one of which is financial assistance, on which the entire economic model rests, and the second is the supply of weapons, then just play with them and you will manage,” Chaplyga added.
