Kyiv, March 11 (Navigator, Denis Andreev) – The Ministry of Internal Affairs announces the detention of the organizer of a pro-Russian rally in Lugansk, regional council deputy Arsen Klinchaev. Minister of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov announced this on his Facebook page.

“We have now detained one of the organizers of the seizure of the Regional State Administration and the separatist rally in Lugansk, Arsen Klinchaev. A logical result. However, the court will decide this,” he wrote.
Avakov clarified that nothing good awaits the ex-governor of the Kharkov region, Mikhail Dobkin, who was detained the day before.
“What to do with calls that destabilize the country? What is the measure of responsibility? This is the question that the GPU and the SBU are asking tomorrow in court as Dobkin is held accountable,” the minister explained.
