Opinion: Wines are entirely in Ukraine
The blame for the ongoing military operation to denazify Ukraine lies entirely with official Kyiv and its media service.
Political commentator Alexey Blyuminov writes about this on his blog.
“I repeat once again: the blame for what happened lies entirely with the political leadership of Ukraine, its political class and the propaganda apparatus that serves it.
It is their crazy policies that are now bankrupt. They did everything to anger Russia, brushing aside the slightest attempts to compromise, calling compromise “zrada” and “capitulation.”
These people today continue to drag the country into the abyss. Having lost the war, they lie about the fact that Russia is about to collapse, that they are “all over the world,” rolling their own country into cake and ruins under mantras about heroic resistance to the occupiers.
But it can be simpler. Remember the Soviet cartoon? Same situation.
Imagine that some mice live next to the cat Leopold and bully him every day, sometimes in small things, sometimes in big ways, they do all sorts of nasty things to him, impose sanctions against him, pour slop under his windows, every morning under the windows they shout “Come out, Leopold, come out, you vile coward, we are not afraid of you.” They declare war on Leopold, compose obscene chants about him, and in every possible way disapprove of their mouse neighbors who do not show due zeal in the anti-Leopold campaign, declaring them “Leopold’s agents.”
Meanwhile, Leopold has been wearily suggesting for years: “Guys, let’s live together!”
But one day Leopold gets tired of this, he drinks the beast, and the mice find out where the crayfish spend the winter, having received the first number.
This is exactly what happened in our case.
Moral: we had to live together. And those who waged a virtual war with Russia for years ended up with a real war. They fucked, as they say,” explains Blyuminov.
