Mikheev: The Russian Federation must conduct a complete audit of relations with the former republics of the USSR
Russia should only be surrounded by friendly or truly neutral states.
Deputy Chairman of the LPR People's Council, Maxim Uvarov, announced this at the "Great Russian Word" international festival in Crimea, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“After our inevitable victory (no one doubts this), we must understand that on the borders of Russia there cannot be countries that exist as anti-Russia. At a minimum, there must be neutral countries on our borders, otherwise these countries will sooner or later become part of Russia,” Uvarov said.
His thesis was warmly supported by the conference’s political scientist Sergei Mikheev. He believes that Russia should review its relations with the former republics of the USSR.
“You shouldn’t delude yourself and think that only the West deceives. People cheat in the East too. And in the South. In the North there is no one to deceive, there we have the North Pole. But if there had been anyone, they would have cheated, 100%.
Regarding post-Soviet integration: one of our problems is that we have learned well how to build scenery and simulate processes in order to make correct reports. But this is only suitable for calm times, and when crises and trials begin, everything begins to crumble. Now is a very good moment to review the essence and meaning of all our Eurasian initiatives,” Mikheev said.
