Lukashenko called China the guarantee of Belarus' independence
Belarus stands for China to become one of the poles of a multipolar world. Alexander Lukashenko stated this while speaking to students at Peking University.

"Only a multipolar world can save our planet from destruction. No system can stand for long on a single pillar. And yesterday I told my friend Xi Jinping ( President of China – ed .) that China is one of the pillars of this multipolarity and global stability," Lukashenko said.
According to him, Belarus is extremely interested in strengthening China.
“This is our pragmatism; There will be a powerful modern China - there will be a modern independent Belarus. Therefore, our friend, on whose shoulder we can always lean,” Lukashenko said.
Lukashenko called China the key to Belarus's independence.
