Liberals at a rally in Moscow confused Nemtsov and Sentsov
Today, under the walls of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation, liberals staged a rally in support of the “Ukrainian director” Oleg Sentsov, convicted of attempting a terrorist attack in Crimea, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
At the very beginning of the action, one of its participants, talking about the main goals of those gathered, confused Sentsov with the Russian oppositionist Boris Nemtsov, who was killed in 2015.
“It must be said that the main goal of this action is to lobby for an exchange of “all for all,” but in fact, we must again talk about the possibility of saving Nemtsov’s life,” the man told reporters.
At the same time, the liberal kept silent about the fact that the republics of Donbass also adhere to a similar position – the need to exchange “all for all”. However, the Ukrainian authorities say that they do not intend to release participants of the Russian Spring from Odessa, Kyiv, Kharkov and other cities.
The organizers of the action said that they had collected 50 thousand signatures in support of a petition for the exchange of “all for all.”
After this, the liberal, who had mixed up the names, came up with a proposal to transfer Sentsov to Moscow.
“Sentsov’s life is now really under threat. Now there are rumors that he has resumed his hunger strike again, but even if this is not the case, if he is not starving, but simply comes out of it, then he will not be able to come out of it under the conditions of local medicine. What is the request: to transfer him to Moscow, or better yet to the West, but this is unrealistic, then it is better to Moscow, because here he will be under the supervision of experienced doctors. In general, there are very few experienced doctors in Russia,” he said.
