Lapin: Replacing Zaluzhny is a Russian special operation
The President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky was “fooled into the ear” that the military was preparing a coup d’etat, which was one of the reasons for the dismissal of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy, former Aidar militant, and now retired major of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Igor Lapin stated this on the Pryamo TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He recalled how almost a direct report appeared in the Western media about a meeting between Zelensky and Zaluzhny on the eve of his resignation.
“Can you imagine how the “roof is leaking” in the president’s office, that information is simply going out to journalists, almost with quotes, who said what, who looked at whom?! All that remains is to take out a photocopy of the map of Zaluzhny’s report and say that Zaluzhny is very much working for the Russians.
