Kwasniewski fears Russian strikes on Polish airfields
The F-16 fighters that the West is providing to Ukraine will most likely be based in Poland, so we need to be wary of Russian attacks on Polish airfields.
Former Polish President Aleksander Kwaśniewski stated this in a conversation with Russian pranksters Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov (Vovan and Lexus), who called him on behalf of former Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“I’m afraid of something else, I’ll tell you. What will happen if, as part of a hybrid war, Putin attacks hubs in Poland that work for Ukraine. If there is an attack on the airports where aid arrives for Ukraine. That will be a completely different question. We will have to react. I hope that our strategists are thinking about this too,” Kwasniewski said.
He did not rule out the deployment of nuclear weapons in Poland. At the same time, the ex-president believes that Poland needs to “have options” for introducing a military contingent into Lviv or Ivano-Frankivsk in the event of a Russian victory.
